Heating in a Boiling Water Bath

Bring a pot of water to a full boil. Once boiling, carefully place the sealed food bags into the pot.

Heating Times — Frozen Meals

  • Main Entrées: 20–25 minutes

  • Vegetable Sides: 10–15 minutes

  • Starch & Potato Sides: 15–20 minutes

Heating Times — Refrigerated Meals (Fully Thawed)

  • Main Entrées: 15 minutes

  • Vegetable Sides: 5–8 minutes

  • Starch & Potato Sides: 15–18 minutes

Ensure all meals reach an internal temperature of 165°F before consuming.
